Toolbar no longer working to edit page/post content

My theme no longer seems to be working properly after applying all the latest set of updates and bringing my theme up to date. When I first got to edit a page or post I cannot see the content unless I first click on the text tab and then back to the visual tab.
Also none of the toolbar buttons work such as bold, italic, add link etc

Can you help please?
